COSSConference Offers Leadership, Learning Opportunities

Planning is underway for COSSConference ’05, which will be at our new Charlotte office in September. We have incorporated a large training facility into our space to accommodate your needs during the Conference. This year, our theme is VIP and COSS will be extending VIP treatment to you.

In keeping with this year’s VIP theme, I’d like to offer a high-level view of what you may expect at this year’s Conference.

1. Three-Day Format
• Tuesday, September 13 – Focus Groups – This is your opportunity to directly influence development for the upcoming year.

• Wednesday, September 14 – Conference – See new system releases and featured customer initiatives.

• Wednesday Evening – Special VIP Event (details in process)

• Thursday, September 15 – Conference – Hear from industry experts, participate in training workshops, and get your hands on the new systems.

2. Partners’ Roundtable
Beginning late Thursday and continuing on Friday, September 16, our Partners’ Roundtable meets to evaluate the input of Conference attendees and to determine the priorities for COSS’ development efforts. For seven years, Partners’ Roundtable has been COSS’ Steering Committee and your company can, by attending COSSConference ’05, directly influence their decisions.

3. Executive Access
We will arrange for you to have individual planning meetings with COSS executives and team members.

COSSConference is our biggest listening session of the year. Our clients get to shape future developments and system features. Attendees have an excellent opportunity to learn from and network with peers in the industry.
