but does not link, a Split Dollar plan with a Non-Qualified Deferred
Compensation plan. The Dynamic Duo sale assumes that the needs
of the employee and the employer change during an employee's life.
The Dynamic Duo module answers the question:
What shall we do with the employer’s portion of the cash
value under the Employer-Owned Split Dollar plan? During the working
years, Dynamic Duo uses the Employer-Owned Split Dollar concept;
the employee’s retirement initiates the Non-Qualified Deferred
Compensation portion.
