COSS’ Immediate Annuity solution offers some of the most flexible calculations in the industry. Monthly iterations allow for varied assumptions of interest, mortality and non-level payments, which facilitate calculations of COLA, balloon payments, lump sums, return of premium, and other streams of non-level payments. Mortality and interest assumptions can be easily customized, according to individual company formulas. We also offer the flexibility to consider deferred SPIA payments that begin before or after the "normal" start date.
