Client Management and Administration
COSS Web systems allow a Home Office significant control in administering their system remotely. The two technical documents included here provide details, first, about the extent of managing and administering a system, and second, about how to group clients into hierarchies that can be viewed and shared among various agents.
The Home Office (one or more designated people) will have access to two areas: The System administration area, which governs the COSS system overall. This includes:

Which companies
are in the system

The names and locations
of servers, directories, and files that make up the system

Defaults settings (such as colors) for screen appearance
The Company administration area, which governs each of the companies that are in the system. This includes:

Setting which agents/groups are in the system

Setting which optional menu items appear on the user's screen

Determining the parameters for the COSS products available to you

Uploading new rate files
